I love when people are themselves. I think posing is old school and prefer to shoot everyone in genuine, natural situations (even though I can also suggest some fun cool poses depending! ;). The pictures have more of an open honesty that in the long run they will appreciate more when remembering their special day.
Currently based in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
I use Nikon and Fujifilm cameras, and edit with Photoshop.
Born in the U.S. and raised in Europe, I spent most of my childhood in Spain, Portugal, England, and West Africa, as well as shorter stays in a few other countries. My father, a U.N. hydraulic engineer and professional playwright, and my mother, who worked for The New York Times, traveled extensively, exposing me to a rich and diverse cultural upbringing, which, undoubtedly, influenced my artistic style.
Returning to the US, I first lived in New York City, then in Los Angeles, eventually settling in South Florida, and went on to study marine biology, film, and literature at the University of Miami. Focusing exclusively on photography since 2007.
Available to photograph editorial content, commercials, photojournalism, engagements, weddings, social events, portraits, models, fashion, headshots, red carpet events, lifestyle, children, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, social debutantes, or any other project you may have in mind.
